A designated person, or grower, must be 19 years of age or older, and ordinarily a resident of Canada. After going through the registration process that we can help you with, a grower will eventually be issued a production license and an identification card (provided you meet all the criteria set out by Health Canada). A production license is mandatory to grow marijuana for medical purposes.
